Responsible employees of the central apparatus and subordinate system organizations of these ministries and agencies participated in the seminar.
During the seminar, specialists from the Ministry of Economy and Finance delivered presentations on developing budget programs, monitoring them, and evaluating their effectiveness. Additionally, practical training sessions were held on drafting the passports of the budget programs for these ministries and agencies.
The training sessions were rich in discussion, with seminar participants showing great interest and asking questions primarily regarding the methodology for selecting target indicators for budget programs, designating administrators for budget programs, and the requirements for developing sub-programs and activities within the budget programs.
As a result of the conducted training seminars, it is expected that the institutional capacity of the specialists of the ministries and agencies will be enhanced, and that these ministries and agencies will formulate the preliminary drafts of their budget programs by May 1 of the current year.
