In this regard, on March 12–13 of the current year, within the framework of the “Institutional Capacity Building” project implemented with the support of the World Bank in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy and Finance, another training seminar was organized for senior officials of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation and the Ministry of Water Resources by experts from the consulting organization “Ernst & Young Advisory” LLC (Ecorys Netherlands B.V.).
During the seminar, participants were provided with detailed information on the core principles of results-based budgeting, the development and effective management of budget programs, the formation of a system of target indicators, as well as modern approaches to monitoring and evaluating the implementation of budget programs.
In addition, practical examples were presented on advanced approaches widely used in international practice, instruments aimed at increasing effectiveness in public administration, and the experience of various countries.
The seminar was conducted in an interactive format, including active discussions and Q&A sessions, during which international and local experts provided comprehensive answers to participants’ practical questions.
