In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Public-Private Partnership” No. O‘RQ-537 dated May 10, 2019, and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 720 dated October 30, 2024, “On further improving and comprehensively systematizing the public-private partnership sector,” an initiative proposal, including the project concept, has been submitted by “MEDISAM NEPHRO” LLC to establish a dialysis center on the basis of the hemodialysis divisions of state medical institutions under the Andijan Regional Health Department within the framework of public-private partnership (PPP) terms.
