Additionally, views were exchanged on structuring these projects based on the PforR mechanism, applying new approaches in the financing process, and developing precise, measurable, and result-oriented KPIs (key performance indicators) for the processes of attracting and repaying funds.
Furthermore, in the construction of educational and social infrastructure facilities, the possibilities of building energy-efficient structures using modern and "green" technologies, rational use of resources, and the implementation of advanced international practices were discussed.
Within the framework of the meeting, special attention was also given to developing sustainable and effective financing mechanisms, and improving project preparation and monitoring processes for the efficient implementation of projects.
At the conclusion of the negotiations, the parties expressed their willingness to further strengthen cooperation aimed at supporting socio-economic development, develop joint projects in specific areas, and systematically continue mutual dialogue.
