For reference: pursuant to Article 43 of the Law, an audit organization shall be removed from the Register of Audit Organizations in the following cases:

• non-compliance with the requirements stipulated in Part Six of Article 27 of the Law;
• liquidation of the audit organization;
• engagement in activities unrelated to auditing or a change in the scope of activity;
• violation of the restrictions on conducting audit engagements as provided for in Article 34 of the Law;
• deliberate issuance of a false audit opinion;
• disclosure of confidential information obtained in the course of providing audit services;
• absence of a valid professional liability insurance policy for the audit organization when carrying out auditing activities;
• failure to submit the necessary documents and information to the authorized state body during external quality control of the audit organization’s activities.
