Clear tasks and directions are defined in the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PR-5132 of May 31, 2021, “On Additional Measures to Ensure the Effective Operation of the Interagency Unified Electronic System of Executive Discipline ‘Ijro.gov.uz’,” the Presidential Decree No. PD-6166 of February 10, 2021, “On Additional Measures to Enhance the Personal Responsibility of the Heads of State Administration Bodies and Local Executive Authorities in Ensuring the Effective Organization of the Implementation of Legislative Acts,” and the Presidential Decree No. PD-117 of July 25, 2025, “On Additional Measures to Further Strengthen Executive Discipline in State Bodies and Organizations,” concerning compliance with executive discipline in state administration bodies and local executive authorities.

In accordance with these resolutions and decrees, the Ministry of Economy and Finance applies a special approach, clear procedures, and professionalism to further strengthen executive discipline and ensure proper implementation of each task assigned by the President and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as other superior authorities.

In particular, to ensure timely and high-quality implementation of the tasks assigned by the Head of State, the Presidential Administration and the Cabinet of Ministers, the Ministry has approved a monthly calendar schedule and a roadmap for the daily management of task execution, and has introduced a day-to-day (kunbay) operational system.

Executive Discipline Performance of the Ministry in Figures:

As of 1 December 2025, a total of 63.01 thousand tasks were registered through the electronic document management system “edo.ijro.uz”.

This includes:

• 6,570 tasks arising from Presidential Decrees, Resolutions, and meeting minutes;
• 835 tasks assigned through documents of the Presidential Administration;
• 3,549 tasks from Cabinet of Ministers’ documents;
• 1,168 tasks from Government Commission instructions;
• and 50,926 documents and appeals submitted by ministries and agencies.

Additionally, more than 1,000 tasks assigned by the Head of State, the Head of the Presidential Administration, and the Cabinet of Ministers—placed under the responsibility of the republican executive bodies and subordinate organizations of the Ministry and monitored via the “Ijro.gov.uz” system—have been taken under special supervision by the Ministry. Regular monitoring is carried out to ensure their implementation, and measures are taken jointly to address emerging systemic issues.

According to calculations, in December 2025, 2,968 tasks of the President and the Government under control in the “Ijro.gov.uz” system were also taken under “day-to-day” monitoring, and strict measures are being applied to ensure their high-quality implementation within the established deadlines.
