On February 28, Inha University in Tashkent (IUT) welcomed an outstanding guest — Professor Ioan Roxin, one of the leading French experts in artificial intelligence, digital technologies, and cybernetics. Professor Roxin holds a PhD and is a lecturer and internationally recognized research scholar, as well as director of the ELLIADD interdisciplinary laboratory. He is an expert in digital communication, e-learning, digital publishing and content semantics.
During this visit, Professor Roxin delivered an exclusive lecture for IUT students, sharing insights on the future of artificial intelligence, its impact on education, science, and business. Special attention was given to innovative developments and AI prospects, as well as the challenges and opportunities that await the younger generation of specialists in the coming years.
The visit concluded with a campus tour, where Professor Roxin explored the university's modern classrooms, laboratories, and infrastructure. He praised the high level of equipment at IUT, emphasizing that such educational and research conditions meet international standards and are highly valued by experts worldwide.
