International Call Center specializing in BPO services launches operations in Fergana

The company "Audiotele" has launched an international call center specializing in outsourcing services in Fergana.
The governor of the Fargona region, Khairullo Bozorov, visited the newly established center and familiarized himself with its activities.
In Fergana, considerable attention is given to advancing digital technologies, supporting promising projects, and increasing IT service exports. Currently, the region hosts over 100 IT park residents, with 20 companies actively exporting services internationally.
This call center, established by "Audiotele," a leader in call center outsourcing in the Russian Federation, represents a key project in the region’s IT sector. Currently, 60 young specialists are employed at the center, with plans to expand their number to 110 by year’s end.
Audiotele, with contact centers across various Russian cities and a team of over 4,000 employees, founded "Voice Solutions VB" LLC in Uzbekistan in 2022. As an IT park resident, this company focuses on providing export-oriented BPO (business process outsourcing) services.
