Mobile reception held for citizens and entrepreneurs in Jizzakh

During the mobile reception, citizens raised questions and submitted proposals regarding the quality of mobile and fixed-line internet services, internet tariffs, digital education, IT services, and other related matters.
More than ten of the issues raised were resolved positively on the spot, while citizens received relevant legal and practical explanations. Issues requiring further study or additional time were assigned to responsible officials for consideration in accordance with established procedures. Applicants were informed that their requests would be reviewed within the timeframes stipulated by law and that they would be notified of the results.
In addition, specialists from the Ministry of Digital Technologies provided participants with detailed information on ongoing initiatives in areas including the development of telecommunications infrastructure, digital education, the digitalization of public services, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and the development of the IT industry.
