Central Asian AI Association Hosts Roundtable on Expanding AI Integration in Banking and Fintech

Today, a roundtable focused on the broad implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) technology took place, organized by the Central Asian Artificial Intelligence Association (AICA) with the participation of fintech organizations and banks.
Oleg Pekos, First Deputy Minister of Digital Technologies, attended the event along with representatives of the Central Bank, prominent banking and fintech organizations, and AICA members. The meeting featured presentations from commercial banks, showcasing their AI-powered systems and the significant results these technologies have delivered.
In addition, the Ministry of Digital Technologies outlined its strategic goals in the field of AI through 2030.
A key discussion at the roundtable centered on enhancing the scoring systems commonly used by banks and increasing user coverage by integrating AI technology into these systems.
