During the visit, it was noted that construction of the new educational complex has reached its final stage. Featuring modern architecture and advanced educational infrastructure, the complex is scheduled to open ahead of the 35th anniversary of Uzbekistan's independence as a contemporary and well-designed center of higher education for young people.

The new campus is expected not only to provide a comfortable learning environment for students, but also to serve as an important platform for training qualified personnel in information technology in Bukhara Region, broadly engaging young people in digital professions, and forming a modern IT ecosystem.

Demand for IT specialists is growing year by year. Accordingly, it is important to align the educational process with practical training, providing students not only with theoretical knowledge but also with skills in working on real projects, collaborating with international IT companies, and using modern technologies.

In this regard, additional recommendations were given to responsible officials on transforming the university into a key link in the IT cluster forming in Bukhara Region, further strengthening focus on in-demand modern professions, and enhancing close cooperation among the educational institution, IT companies, startups, and the technology community.

Proposals were also put forward on expanding the coverage of IT education, engaging more young people in digital technologies, launching additional digital education programs for schoolchildren and students, and improving their knowledge and skills in programming, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data analysis, and other promising fields.

At the same time, a number of recommendations were given regarding the development of startup laboratories, programs to support innovative projects, mentorship and acceleration mechanisms based at the university, and the identification of talented young people and support in bringing their projects to investment and international markets.

It was noted that the goal is to make Bukhara one of the leading regions for IT education, innovation, and digital entrepreneurship, providing young people with modern knowledge and skills and preparing them as specialists capable of competing not only in the local market but also in the global technology market.
