IT Services Export Volume from Bukhara to the US Market on the Rise

"LEADERS GROUP TEAM" LLC is an international company specializing primarily in providing remote outsourcing (BPO) services for the US transport and logistics market. The company is developing BPO centers in Uzbekistan and other countries, engaging English-speaking local youth in international logistics projects.
During the visit, it was noted that the company's economic indicators have shown consistent growth. In particular, export volume amounted to $963,500 in 2025 and reached $1.43 million in the first half of 2026.
The volume of services provided has also grown significantly, rising from 11.66 billion soums in 2025 to 17.07 billion soums in the first six months of 2026.
The growth in jobs created by the company is likewise notable. While the enterprise employed just 1 staff member in 2024, this figure rose to 111 employees by 2025. Today, the company employs 150 staff members.
The Minister was also briefed on the company's future development plans, including proposals for creating new jobs, expanding its export geography, and increasing the volume of BPO services provided.
It was noted that the development of BPO centers creates new opportunities for young people to work with international companies, develop foreign language skills and modern professional competencies, and access high-paying jobs.
Such projects also contribute to increasing IT services exports through intellectual labor and digital services, without requiring extensive production infrastructure.
