Ministry Representatives Visit Penal Colony No. 21 Under the “Second Chance” Project

As part of these efforts, representatives of the Ministry of Digital Technologies visited Penal Colony No. 21 to review the educational activities conducted under the “Second Chance” project and assess the conditions created for young people to acquire modern digital skills.
During the visit, the Ministry representatives inspected the educational facilities established at the institution and held an open dialogue with project participants.
The discussions focused on further improving educational programs, strengthening the material and technical resources available to participants, and expanding cooperation among relevant organizations.
Implemented with the gratuitous support of Unicon-Soft LLC, the project provides young people with opportunities to develop professional skills in programming, web design, computer engineering and other modern fields, as well as to study foreign languages through intensive training programs.
Particular attention is given to providing participants with comprehensive social and legal support throughout the training process. Those who successfully complete the courses and demonstrate the required knowledge and skills will receive nationally recognized qualification certificates, helping them pursue employment opportunities and build a new path after their release.
The “Second Chance” project is one of the initiatives aimed at supporting young people in penal institutions by providing access to modern professions, developing digital skills and creating opportunities for meaningful employment and successful reintegration into society.
