The Uzbek robotics team The Reckless has won the bronze medal at the prestigious Chicago Robot Invitational (CRI) 2026, held in the United States.
The Chicago Robot Invitational is one of the world's most prestigious international robotics competitions, with only 38 teams invited each year from a pool of more than 35,000 teams worldwide.
The team is led by Mahkambek Teshabayev, a second-year student at the Muhammad al-Khwarizmi Tashkent University of Information Technologies.
This achievement once again highlights the outstanding potential of Uzbekistan's youth in robotics and advanced technologies, as well as their growing competitiveness on the international stage.
