International Conference on Generative Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation Held in Tashkent

On May 12–13, 2026, an international scientific and practical conference titled “Generative Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation and Modern Technologies” was held at Inha University in Tashkent.

The conference brought together international experts, representatives of academic institutions, government organizations, and technology companies to discuss the growing role of generative artificial intelligence and advanced digital technologies in modern development processes.
Scientific discussions focused on the application of generative AI technologies in education, industry, the economy, and public administration, as well as current trends in digital transformation and the practical implementation of emerging technologies.
Representatives of Anhalt University of Applied Sciences, Lincoln University College, Gachon University, Karabuk University, Huawei and several other international organizations participated in the event, delivering presentations and sharing international experience in the fields of artificial intelligence, innovation, and digital transformation.
Leaders and specialists from Uzbekistan’s leading government institutions, higher educational establishments, and technology companies also presented initiatives and proposals related to artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, the digital economy, and innovation-driven development.
The conference was organized at the initiative of the Tashkent University of Applied Sciences in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and a number of prestigious higher education and research institutions.
The event served as an important scientific and practical platform aimed at strengthening the integration of science, education, and digital technologies, promoting the effective use of generative artificial intelligence, and further advancing Uzbekistan’s national innovation ecosystem.
