According to official data, Uzbek students have won 66 gold, 147 silver, and 221 bronze medals at World Science Olympiads. These results reflect the steady growth of the country’s scientific and academic potential among young people.
More than 500 young citizens are currently studying at leading global universities, including Harvard University, Yale University, Princeton University, Columbia University, and Cornell University. In total, over 3,500 young men and women are pursuing education at institutions ranked within the global TOP-100.
Innovative activity among youth is also expanding. To date, 63 startup projects developed by young entrepreneurs have successfully entered international markets, including the United States, the Republic of Korea, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates.
In the field of sports, young athletes have achieved 720 gold, 671 silver, and 854 bronze medals at international competitions, further strengthening the country’s position on the global stage.
At the same time, youth entrepreneurship continues to grow steadily, with young entrepreneurs now accounting for 35 percent of all business representatives nationwide.
