A Mobile Reception Was Held in Marhamat District

Representatives of the Ministry of Digital Technologies and relevant specialists participated in the reception and reviewed appeals, proposals, and issues raised by citizens and entrepreneurs concerning the digital technologies sector.
During the reception, applications were submitted regarding the quality and coverage of internet services, mobile communications, postal services, IT education, IT Park residency, and the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies.
In total, 17 appeals were received. Of these, 3 were resolved on the spot, and 4 were provided with legal clarification. The remaining appeals were forwarded to the responsible officials for further review and placed under supervision.
In addition, mobile sales offices were organized at the reception venue to ensure convenience and provide direct services to citizens.
