When will applications for transfer and resumption of studies for the spring semester be accepted?

Application period:
Applications will be accepted annually from January 10 to January 20 (inclusive).
Applications for the transfer or resumption of studies from one higher education institution to another within the republic, based on two valid reasons, are submitted online via:
the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation platform transfer.edu.uz, or
the Unified Interactive State Services Portal my.gov.uz.
Required documents:
A copy of the academic certificate or transcript;
Documents confirming the grounds for transfer or resumption.
Important information:
Applications for transfer or resumption of studies are not accepted outside the spring semester period.
Applicants are strongly advised to carefully review all entered information and uploaded documents prior to submission, as editing the application after submission is not possible.
Applications will be reviewed by higher education institutions and relevant ministries and agencies from January 21 to February 10, in accordance with the established procedure. Applicants will be notified of the results in due course.
