On October 16, 2026, Nozimjon Kholmurodov, Director of the Light Industry Development Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, visited a number of light industry enterprises in Jizzakh Region as part of his regional visit.

During the visit, he familiarized himself with the production processes and operations of the following enterprises located in Jizzakh city: “Jizzax Tekstil,” “Sharof Rashidov Tekstil,” “Jizzax Kent Tekstil,” “Rus Teks Invest,” “Jizzax Toshtepa,” “Jada Kolor,” “Euroasia Gilamlari,” “O‘z Turk Charm,” “Jizzax Eko Tekstil,” and “Jizzax Jun (Rus-Sal)” LLCs.

The review covered the enterprises’ production capacities, existing infrastructure, manufactured products, and opportunities for further business expansion.

Furthermore, discussions with enterprise representatives focused on increasing production volumes, expanding product ranges, developing export markets, and addressing existing challenges in the sector.

At the conclusion of the visit, particular attention was paid to issues aimed at developing enterprise operations, making effective use of existing opportunities, and supporting entrepreneurs’ initiatives.

Such visits help strengthen direct engagement with manufacturers, identify and address challenges within the sector on-site, and contribute to the further development of the light industry sector.
