The Production Potential of Namangan’s Light Industry Was Studied

Nozimjon Kholmurodov, Director of the Agency for the Development of Light Industry under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, visited Namangan Region as part of a working trip and familiarized himself with the activities of light industry enterprises in the region.
As part of the visit, production processes were reviewed at Samo Tikuv Servis LLC and Mega Tekstil LLC in Uychi District, as well as TUBO SPINNING LLC in Davlatabad District.
In addition, in Namangan city, the Agency delegation reviewed the activities of Mustang Tekstil LLC and Asror Tekstil LLC (operating under the D.Maretti brand), which specialize in the production of finished knitted garments, as well as Ideal Tekstil LLC in Davlatabad District, specializing in the production of suits and trousers.
During the visits, the enterprises’ production capacities, product range, export potential, existing opportunities, and development prospects were analyzed.
Particular attention was paid to increasing production volumes, ensuring product competitiveness, expanding export geography, creating new jobs, and supporting entrepreneurs.
Following the visit, relevant tasks were identified to further develop the enterprises’ activities, ensure the efficient use of existing production capacities, and address the issues identified during the assessment.
