A “Leader and Youth” Meeting Held in Bekobod District
On April 16, 2026, the leadership of the Agency for the Development of Light Industry held an open dialogue with young people in Bekobod district. The meeting was organized in line with the initiative of the President to hold “Youth Day” every Thursday in ministries and government agencies across Uzbekistan.
The main purpose of the meeting was to ensure youth employment, provide career guidance, and offer practical assistance in job placement. The dialogue was attended by the Agency’s leadership, representatives of the district administration, the Youth Affairs Agency, and mahalla chairpersons. Discussions were held with young people from the Bobur Mirzo, Dehqonobod, and Istiqbol MFYs.
Based on the “youth balance” system, individual work was carried out with each young person to unlock their potential, support skill acquisition, and encourage entrepreneurship, ensuring sustainable employment and achieving positive results.
