The leadership of the Agency held negotiations with Indus Apparel Group.

Deputy Director of the Agency for the Development of Light Industry under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Rukhullo Zikrillayev, held negotiations with Khurram Haroon, CEO of the Pakistani company “Indus Apparel Group”.
During the negotiations, issues related to the implementation of joint projects in the textile and yarn industry were discussed.
In particular, agreements were reached on:
— establishing production cooperation;
— expanding the production of high value-added products;
— diversifying export geography.
Additionally, it was planned to familiarize the company’s leadership with the activities of enterprises located in various regions of the country. This includes providing detailed insights into production processes, export potential, product quality, and modern technological capabilities.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties agreed to consistently develop mutual cooperation, launch joint projects in the short term, and define concrete practical steps for future collaboration.
