The agency’s management held negotiations with representatives of TÜV NORD

Negotiations were held with representatives of TÜV NORD under the leadership of Nozimjon Xolmurodov, Director of the Agency for the Development of the Light Industry under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The meeting was also attended by representatives of the Technical Regulation Agency, as well as responsible officials from both sides in charge of international cooperation.
During the negotiations:
— expanding cooperation within the framework of amfori BSCI and other social audit systems;
— attracting international brands to the Uzbek market;
— implementing joint projects for the training of national auditors and inspectors were discussed.
The parties agreed to further develop cooperation in introducing international social standards at light industry enterprises, increasing export potential, and strengthening the capacity of local specialists.
