“World Cleanup Day”: Take an Active Part in the Nationwide Plogging Eco-Action

On September 20 this year at 11:00 a.m., the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change, together with its subordinate Agency for Waste Management and Circular Economy Development, will organize a nationwide plogging eco-action titled “Make Space for Life!” in all regions of our Republic to mark “World Cleanup Day.”
The event, held under the motto “One Nation, One Goal — For a Global World Without Waste” within the framework of World Cleanup Day 2025, aims to unite the public, media, government institutions, and private sector entities in efforts to clean the environment from waste and promote ecological awareness.
We invite everyone to actively participate in this eco-action!
Join us, take part in the cleanup, and contribute to keeping our environment clean and healthy.
The eco-action will take place across the Republic at the following locations:
• Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change — along the shore of Tashkent Sea;
• Syrdarya region — Syrdarya district, “Kamolot” MFG, Asalchi village, protected area of the Syrdarya River;
• Jizzakh region — Sharof Rashidov district, roadside area;
• Samarkand region — Samarkand city, Caravan Sculptures Park;
• Navoi region — Navoi city, “Kimyogar” MFG;
• Bukhara region — Bukhara city, “Samanids” Recreation Park;
• Surkhandarya region — Termez city, Ecogarden Park;
• Khorezm region — Urgench city, Youth Lake;
• Kashkadarya region — Karshi city, “Alisher Navoi” Recreation Park;
• Andijan region — Andijan district, Z.M. Bobur Park;
• Namangan region — Namangan city, Bobur Park;
• Fergana region — Fergana district, “Saktak” Pilgrimage Site;
• Republic of Karakalpakstan — Nukus city.
