The purpose of these events was to increase the participants' knowledge on solid waste management, to widely promote the importance of proper sorting and recycling of waste, as well as to form an environmental culture aimed at protecting the environment.

In the first part of the events, participants were provided with detailed information about the purpose, operating principle, and possibilities of using modern special equipment used for waste collection and transportation. It was also noted that the use of such equipment is one of the important aspects of more efficient and convenient organization of the waste collection process.

During the training seminars, issues regarding the modern and effective management of solid household waste were discussed in detail. In particular, concepts were provided on the correct sorting of waste at the place of its formation, the separate collection and processing of recyclable waste, the reduction of waste, and the rational use of available resources.

It was also noted that the responsibility of not only special services, but also every citizen in waste management is important.

During the events, participants received answers from experts to their questions on the topic.
