Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 95 dated February 6, 2019, "On the Approval of Normative Legal Acts in the Field of Waste Management," established the procedure for waste collection and removal.

This resolution specifies which types of waste generated during the activities of individuals and legal entities can be disposed of at waste collection points, as well as which waste must be removed in a separate manner.
Waste that is part of solid household waste:
- Food waste;
- Organic waste;
- Plant waste;
- Waste of textile products;
- Packaging and packaging materials;
- Glass waste;
- Rubber waste;
- Paper and cardboard waste;
- Plastic waste;
- Wood waste;
- Household items that have lost their functional properties;
Waste that cannot be disposed of at waste collection points:
- Liquid household waste;
- Large-sized household waste;
- Livestock waste;
- Construction waste;
- Soil;
- Waste generated from the felling of trees and shrubs;
- Waste generated from agrotechnical processing;
- Agricultural crops and plant residues;
- Automobile tires;
- Electronic waste;
- Vehicle batteries;
- Medical waste;
- Pharmaceutical waste;
- Veterinary waste;
- Animal carcasses;
- Toxic chemicals;
- Chemical liquids;
- Chemicals used in the treatment of plants.
Dear citizens! We kindly ask you to dispose of only the specified types of waste at the waste collection points. The reason is that waste that is prohibited or not intended for disposal can lead to the failure of waste loading and transportation equipment.
