A new waste collection point for residents of multi-story buildings has been commissioned on Abdullo Tokayev Street in the Dashtbog mahalla of Namangan city. The regional khokim Shavkatjon Abdurazzakov also took part in the opening ceremony.

The new branch will serve 1,200 families living in 21 apartment buildings in the area. This will facilitate the timely removal of waste and improve the sanitary condition of the territories.
Additionally, 14 new units of specialized machinery with a capacity of 12 cubic meters each were delivered to improve waste transportation services. This equipment will be used in the city of Namangan, Davlatabad and Yangi Namangan districts, and Turakurgan district.
By the end of the year, it is planned to bring in another 10 modern electric waste trucks.
Such work is aimed at maintaining cleanliness and improving the territories, improving the waste management system, and improving the quality of services provided to the population.
