Specifically, at municipal solid waste landfills located in the "Farkhod" mahalla of the Bekabad district, the "Samsarak" mahalla of the Parkent district, the "Ubayd" mahalla of the Akhangaran district, and the "Oppartak" mahalla of the city of Angren, waste is being leveled, compacted, and covered with soil using specialized machinery in the prescribed manner.
Necessary preventive and control measures are also being carried out to keep the landfill territory clean, improve sanitary conditions, ensure fire safety, and strictly comply with environmental requirements.
At the same time, as part of the "Yashil Makon" nationwide project, work continues on the care of tree and shrub seedlings planted at the municipal solid waste landfill in the "Kirgizaul" mahalla of the Parkent district.
The seedlings are watered according to the established plan, and special attention is paid to expanding green areas at the landfills and further improving the ecological environment.
