Waste management and circular economy development agency

The Navoi Regional Department of the Agency for Waste Management and Circular Economy Development organized another mobile reception in the “Beshrabot” mahalla of Navbahor district. The event was attended by sector representatives headed by Shomurod G‘aybulloyev, Head of the Regional Department, representatives of the sanitation company serving the area, as well as mahalla activists. During the reception, appeals from individuals and legal entities were reviewed.

During the meeting, nearly 20 appeals and proposals related to the further improvement of the waste management system were considered. In particular, the discussions focused on regulating the schedule for household waste collection, improving the quality of sanitation services, enhancing the sanitary condition of residential areas, and strengthening payment discipline for the services provided.

Some of the citizens’ appeals were resolved on the spot. For issues requiring additional review, responsible officials were given relevant instructions, and their implementation was placed under special control.

It should be noted that such mobile receptions play an important role in establishing open dialogue with the population, studying existing issues directly on site, and ensuring their timely resolution.

In this regard, the Agency’s regional departments and system organizations continue to carry out systematic work on reviewing citizens’ appeals, identifying sector-related issues, and taking measures to address them.
