During the study, the construction and installation works being carried out at the facility, the state of infrastructure, the implementation of works in accordance with technical requirements, and the activities of responsible organizations involved in the project were thoroughly reviewed. The importance of the transfer station in the future effective management of solid household waste, its sorting, and the development of the recycling system in the area was particularly emphasized. Based on the results of the study, relevant recommendations and instructions were given to the responsible officials to eliminate certain identified shortcomings and to complete the construction works on time and with high quality.
In addition, the Department for Waste Management and Circular Economy Development is conducting monitoring activities to study the technical condition of special equipment available in the region, ensure its effective operation, and widely introduce modern digital control systems into the sector.
During the monitoring process, the technical condition of special equipment, its equipment with GPS devices, the installation of video surveillance tools, connection to the online monitoring system, and the effectiveness of its use were studied. At the same time, analytical studies are being conducted regarding the movement of equipment along designated routes, the quality of services provided, and compliance with technical safety requirements.
Citizens’ appeals are also being studied in accordance with the established procedure through on-site visits. The issues raised in the appeals are being thoroughly analyzed, and appropriate measures are being taken to eliminate existing problems. In particular, appeals related to waste collection, sanitary maintenance of areas, the operation of special equipment, and other sector-related matters are being reviewed on site, with efforts being made to ensure their positive resolution.
The execution of each appeal is under constant control, and regular communication is maintained with applicants. These efforts contribute to ensuring transparency in the waste management system, improving the quality of services, widely introducing modern information technologies, and further increasing the efficiency of services provided to the population.
