During the forum, representatives of the Agency emphasized the importance of eco-volunteers conducting outreach and awareness campaigns among various social groups across the regions. The “Young Ecologists Movement” team of the Ecology Committee also actively participated, presenting proposals and projects aimed at environmental protection, promoting sustainable ecological development, and increasing the involvement of women—especially young people—in social processes related to addressing climate challenges.
As part of the event, participants were divided into five thematic sections: “Health,” “Education and Values,” “Eco,” “Law,” and “IT Volunteers.” Each section featured master classes conducted by experienced experts, providing practical knowledge on leadership and teamwork, social project development, communication, and media skills.
In her address at the forum, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairperson of the Committee on Family and Women Zulaykho Makhkamova highlighted the significant role of volunteerism in society, particularly in the development of young girls and their active participation in addressing climate-related issues.
In total, nearly 1,000 participants took part in the forum. Among them, 200 attended the event in person, while 800 joined online via regional studios.
At the conclusion of the forum, active participants were awarded volunteer certificates and commemorative gifts.
