Waste management and circular economy development agency

For this purpose, a Republican Working штаб was established under the Agency for Waste Management and Development of the Circular Economy. During the campaign, sanitation service enterprises ensured cleanliness in all mahallas and residential areas, while also taking measures to prevent the accumulation of waste during the holiday period.

In particular, over the 20-day period:

• 106 sanitation service enterprises were involved in the activities;

• territories of 54,447 mahallas were cleaned;

• 134,525 workers and 39,346 units of special equipment were engaged in the operations;

• 334,982 tons of municipal solid waste were removed and disposed of.

It should be noted that such improvement and sanitation activities play an important role in maintaining environmental cleanliness and further improving the ecological situation in the regions.
