Thanks to the initiatives of our esteemed President, Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev, systematic efforts are being carried out in our country to prevent corruption, combat it, and eliminate corruption-related factors in all areas of state and public development. This can also be seen in the regulatory legal acts and state programs adopted in recent years in the field of combating corruption.

In support of the initiatives of our Head of State aimed at fighting corruption, comprehensive measures are also being implemented in the field of waste-related activities to improve anti-corruption efforts. Special attention is being paid to preventing and proactively addressing this social ill.

In particular, it is worth noting a number of practical measures, such as the establishment of internal anti-corruption control units within the Agency for Waste Management and Development of the Circular Economy and its subordinate organizations; recruitment based on open competitive selection; conducting anti-corruption expertise of draft regulatory legal acts; introducing practices to identify and eliminate corruption risks in procurement processes; and the rapid implementation of digitalization projects in the sector.

At this point, I would like to especially emphasize to all employees working within the system: based on the principle of zero tolerance toward corruption, do not participate in any actions related to it; do not engage in illegal activities in the interests of others; and do not abuse your official position for unlawful purposes such as accepting or giving bribes.

In your professional activities and interactions with legal entities and individuals, you must demonstrate honest, fair, impartial, and exemplary conduct. Within the scope of fulfilling your official duties, you should form an uncompromising attitude toward all forms and manifestations of corruption and strictly comply with the requirements of legislation and adopted internal regulations aimed at combating it.

Dear compatriots, if you witness actions or inaction by employees of the Agency for Waste Management and Development of the Circular Economy that contradict legislative requirements, or if you have information regarding the involvement of employees in corruption or other offenses, you may submit your appeals through the contact channels listed below.

All submitted appeals will be kept confidential and will be reviewed within the procedures and timeframes established by law. Legal measures will be taken in cases where corruption offenses are confirmed.
