Main tasks of the Honorary Representative of the Migration Agency

1. Identification of new, legal, and reliable jobs in foreign countries, conducting negotiations on these issues with local authorized bodies and employers;

2. Providing legal assistance to citizens of Uzbekistan, participating in the protection of the interests of citizens in difficult life situations;

3. Dissemination of information and carrying out promotional work in the field of labor migration;

4. Establishing constant communication with the Migration Agency, regularly providing information and reporting on work processes;

5. Providing the Migration Agency with prompt information and assistance in taking appropriate measures in cases of violation of the rights of labor migrants.

Necessary conditions and financial support for the activities of the Honorary Representative of the Migration Agency

1. The Honorary Representative carries out their activities on the basis of contractual and legal relations and monthly, based on the effectiveness of their activities, takes into account the minimum wage established in the state of activity (hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly) in accordance with
