This resolution is aimed at expanding the use of artificial intelligence technologies in public procurement, increasing the efficiency of electronic systems, and strengthening transparency and public control.

In accordance with the document, the following are introduced:

• "Business intelligence" system (analysis of procurement data by sectors and regions and convenient presentation to the public);

• "Risk management" system (a comprehensive risk management system in the procurement process);

• disclosure system for products planned for import.

At the same time, in order to create convenience for business entities, during their state registration, it will be possible to register them simultaneously in all electronic public procurement systems on a voluntary basis.

In addition, a contract execution module will be created, in which, among other things, the public will be widely informed about the results of monitoring public procurement by the internal audit structures of state customers.

If previously contracts were concluded electronically as a result of electronic stores and auctions, now all purchase contracts will be automatically formed and concluded in the electronic system.

The resolution also approved the Regulation on Operators of the Electronic Public Procurement System.
