Applications for the unused portion of mortgage loan subsidy allocations within the established target indicators for 2025 will be accepted starting from 09:00 on July 10, 2025.
✅Where and how?
▪️Visit a Public Services Center or apply online through the my.gov.uz website: my.gov.uz/oz/service/325
✅To receive a subsidy, the following is required:
▪️A social rating of not less than 30 points (information about points will be provided on the my.gov.uz website)
▪️Income limits:
- In the regions and Karakalpakstan: from 3.1 million to 9.2 million soums
- In Tashkent city: from 3.1 million to 10.6 million soums
▪️The applicant and spouse must not own any housing
▪️There are special criteria for those in need of social protection
Application acceptance begins at 09:00 on July 10.
