The reception was attended by heads and responsible persons of the central office of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Main Department of Economy and Finance of the Samarkand region, the Department of the Treasury Service, the Extrabudgetary Pension Fund, the Cadastre Agency, the Samarkand City and District Departments of Economy and Finance, as well as local authorities.
During the reception, organized in the form of an open dialogue, appeals from about 130 citizens were heard. Most of these appeals relate to the allocation of subsidies for the purchase of housing based on preferential loans by families in need of housing, issues of the social sphere (related to healthcare, school and preschool education), the allocation of state budget funds (Participatory budget, repayment of debt at the expense of loans allocated for the repair of the facade of apartment buildings), as well as issues related to cadastral activities, most of which were resolved on the spot.
During the reception, each appeal was reviewed with the participation of the heads of relevant departments and organizations, 28 of them were resolved positively on the spot under the guidance of specialists, and legal explanations were given on 54 appeals. Also, specific tasks were assigned to the responsible officials of the relevant agencies on 48 appeals requiring additional time for study and legal resolution.
