Based on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ORQ-537 dated May 10, 2019, “On Public-Private Partnership,” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 259 dated April 26, 2020, "On Improving the Procedure for Implementing Public-Private Partnership Projects, LLC "ECOKOMFORT AAA" presented an initiative proposal for the establishment of a modern amusement park on the basis of the culture and recreation park under the jurisdiction of the Guzor District Administration, located on Mustaqillik Street, Guzor District, Kashkadarya region, under the terms of public-private partnership.
Within the framework of the project, it is planned to reconstruct the culture and recreation park, carry out major repairs, improve landscaping, green the area, install, equip, and operate modern entertainment and amusement park equipment.
