Memorandum Signed with Asia Alliance Bank and Trustbank

In accordance with Presidential Decree No. PF-70, issued on April 30, 2024, which sets the target parameters for housing construction and mortgage lending for this year, it is proposed to build 100,000 residential homes and provide mortgage loans amounting to 17 trillion UZS in 2024.
Of these, 8.3 trillion UZS (49%) of the loans will be funded by government resources, 6 trillion UZS (36%) will come from the banks' own funds, and 2.6 trillion UZS (15%) will be sourced from the Mortgage Refinancing Company.
To date, Memorandum of Cooperation have been signed with 14 commercial banks to promote the development of the mortgage market, and efforts continue.
We are pleased to announce that Asia Alliance Bank and Trustbank, among private banks, have joined this initiative.
We believe these banks will play a significant role in the future development of the Republic's mortgage market.
