Based on these resolutions and decrees, with the aim of further strengthening executive discipline within the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the execution of each assignment issued by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Government, as well as higher-level authorities, is approached with particular attention, established procedures, and a high level of professionalism.
In particular, in order to ensure the timely and high-quality execution of assignments of the Head of State, the Presidential Administration, and the Cabinet of Ministers, a monthly calendar schedule and roadmap for the daily organization of task execution have been approved within the Ministry, and a system of continuous daily work has been introduced.
Executive discipline of the Ministry in figures:
As of 30 December 2025, a total of 67.7 thousand assignments were registered through the “edo.ijro.uz” electronic document management system.
Specifically, these included 6,570 assignments arising from decrees, resolutions, and meeting minutes of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan; 835 documents from the Presidential Administration; 3,549 documents of the Cabinet of Ministers; 1,168 assignments of Government commissions; as well as 55,565 documents and appeals submitted by ministries and agencies.
At the same time, more than 1,000 assignments of the Head of State, the Head of the Presidential Administration, and the Cabinet of Ministers—designated to republican executive authorities and subordinate organizations under the Ministry and placed under control in the “Ijro.gov.uz” system—are subject to separate oversight by the Ministry. Monitoring activities are conducted to track the execution of these assignments, and measures are being taken jointly to resolve emerging systemic issues.
Information on the execution status of assignments of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Head of the Presidential Administration, the Cabinet of Ministers, and Government commissions for which the Ministry of Economy and Finance is designated as responsible, and which are under control in the “Ijro.gov.uz” system, is as follows:
