In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. URQ-537 “On Public-Private Partnership” dated May 10, 2019, and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 720 “On measures to further improve and comprehensively systematize the sphere of public-private partnership” dated October 30, 2024, “SHARQROS UNIVERSAL SERVIS” LLC has submitted an initiative proposal, including a project concept, to repair, equip, and organize service provision of the biolaboratories under the Plant Quarantine and Protection Department, located at 155 Sayilgoh Street, Qovchin village, Qovchin MFY, Qarshi District, Kashkadarya Region, on the basis of public–private partnership terms.
