Information on the open sales processes of LLC “Uzsungwoo” and LLC “Xiva Plaza”

In accordance with the announcements of the State Assets Management Agency dated June 10 this year regarding the open sales processes for state share in the authorized capitals of LLC “Uzsungwoo” and LLC “Xiva Plaza” (Farovon Khiva Hotel), the following is reported.
Based on the recommendations of the privatization consultants, in order to conduct the sale process in a transparent and competitive environment with the involvement of a larger number of potential investors, the deadline for submitting Expression of Interest applications for the purchase of the state share in LLC “Uzsungwoo” and LLC “Xiva Plaza” has been extended until 23:59 (Tashkent time) on September 15, 2025.

It is also reported that all other points of the previously published information remain unchanged.
