The State Assets Management agency invites local and foreign investors to participate in the stock exchange trading for the purchase of a 95.6 % state share package in the authorized capital of JSC “Qonirat Un Zavodi”.

Within the framework of the relevant privatization programs, the specified package of state shares will be offered for trading on the stock exchange of JSC ”Tashkent Stock Exchange” on August 18, 2025, under the following conditions:

• Maintaining the main type of activity of the grain processing enterprise for at least 5 years;
• Not reducing the existing grain storage capacities;
• To maintain the volumes of grain designated for state reserves under paid contracts in accordance with the procedure established by law

For listing the state share packages on the stock exchange of JSC “Tashkent Stock Exchange,” JSC “Mulk-Sarmoya Brokerage House” has been selected as the investment intermediary.
