The State Assets Management Agency of the republic of Uzbekistan

In accordance with the announcements of the State Assets Management Agency dated April 24 this year on the open sales processes of state share in the authorized capitals of “UZ CHASYS” LLC and “UzSungwoo” LLC following information is reported.

Based on the suggestion of the Consultants “Portfolio Investments”, in order to conduct sales processes in a transparent and competitive environment with the attraction of a larger number of potential investors, it is reported that the deadline for receipt of Expression of Interest applications for the purchase of the state share in the “UZ CHASYS” LLC and “UzSungwoo” LLC  is extended until 23:59 Tashkent time on August 1, 2025.
