The State Assets Management Agency of the republic of Uzbekistan

In accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan from November 30, 2023 № 635, the State Assets Management Agency approved the plan-schedule of qualification examinations in 2025 to obtain qualification certificates of appraiser and realtor.

Qualification examinations may be held on other days depending on the questionnaires received from applicants.

Information about the postponement of the qualification examination to other days will be announced on the official website of UzSAMA at least 15 days in advance.

These qualification examinations are conducted electronically with the help of a special program including live video demonstration.

The list of qualification exam participants and the link to the video broadcast will be published on the website of the State Assets Management Agency (www.davbaho.uz) five days before the exam.

The applicants admitted to the test must appear without delay with an identity document to take the test on the day determined according to the schedule.

Qualification examinations will be held in the buildings of territorial offices of the State Assets Management Agency at the following addresses.
