As previously announced, the initial stage of the open sale process of the modern aircraft refuelling complex located in the Sergeli District of Tashkent City (hereinafter referred to as the “Complex”) — the Expression of Interest (EoI) stage for the acquisition of the Complex — has commenced.
To organize this sale process, the international company “Ernst & Young” has been engaged as the privatization consultant (hereinafter referred to as the “Consultant”).
As part of the initial stage, the Consultant carried out extensive marketing and outreach activities, including the distribution of investment teasers to potential investors. By the established deadline of 23 October 2026, the Consultant received Expressions of Interest (EoI) from 5 investors.
The submitted applications will be reviewed by the Consultant based on the following pre-established criteria:
- sufficiency of the applicants’ financial capacity;
- compliance with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing legislation;
- confirmation that the applicants are not included in the sanctions lists of the European Union, the United States, or international financial institutions.
Based on the results of the assessment, applicants that fully meet the above criteria will be invited by the Consultant to participate in the next stage of the privatization process — the submission of Binding Offers (BO).
The State Assets Management Agency, together with the Consultant, will keep the public informed at each stage of the sale process. The Agency also expresses its gratitude to all participants who have expressed interest in the privatization process and submitted their applications.
