In particular, when purchasing state assets and land plots not designated for agricultural purposes, buyers are required to make an initial payment of 15%, while the remaining amount may be paid in interest-free installments within the time limits established by law.
Furthermore, a 25% discount on the contract price is предусмотрed for state-owned real estate properties with purchase prices exceeding 23,000 times the basic calculation amount, as well as non-agricultural land plots with purchase prices exceeding 8,000 times the basic calculation amount, provided that the full purchase price is paid within six months.
These opportunities will provide significant support to entrepreneurs and investors in implementing new projects and expanding their businesses.
