Open sales processes of state shares in Sherobod sement zavodi LLC and Shargʻunkoʻmir JSC continues

In accordance with the announcement of the State Assets Management Agency dated 21 December 2025 regarding the open sale process of 100% state share in the authorized capital of “Sherobod sement zavodi” LLC and 99.55% state share in the authorized capital of “Shargʻunkoʻmir” JSC, the following is announced.
Upon the recommendation of the privatization consultant, Alkes Research, and in order to attract a broader range of potential investors, provide them with additional time to prepare comprehensive investment proposals, and further enhance the transparency and competitiveness of the sale process, the deadline for submitting Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for the acquisition of the above-mentioned state assets has been extended until 23:59 (Tashkent time) on 25 June 2026.
