The State Assets Management Agency of the republic of Uzbekistan

The second stage of the regular sales processes for the state shares in grain enterprises and property complexes of grain enterprises' branches put up for public sales has been completed, and the State Commission for Privatization of State Assets and Coordination of Privatization Processes has made the relevant decision. According to the decision:

• The following 5 state blocks of shares in grain enterprises are sold with the conditions of maintaining the main activity of the asset for at least five years and not reducing the existing capacity of grain storage facilities, as well as maintaining the volume of grain stored in the state reserve in accordance with the legislation in exchange for the payment of duties on the basis of contracts.

At the same time, since no winner was determined during the auction:

• 92.2% block of shares in “Xorazmdonmahsulotlari” JSC will be offered for direct purchase to cotton-textile and grain clusters on the basis of a joint recommendation of the hokim of Khorezm region and the Minister of Agriculture within the framework of the relevant Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• Branch “Nurobod Don” of JSC “Samarkanddonmahsulotlari” will be offered for competitive auction on the electronic trading platform “E-auksion” with the condition of preserving the type of activity.
