A 50% state stake in the charter capital of Uzsungwoo LLC JV sold for UZS 585.8 billion

On June 1, 2026, an online auction for the sale of a 50% state share in the authorised capital of Uzsungwoo LLC JV was completed on the E-auksion electronic trading platform.
As a result of the auction, the asset was sold for UZS 585.8 billion. The winning bid exceeded the starting price of UZS 390.5 billion by UZS 195.3 billion, or nearly 50 percent.
According to the auction results, ROODELL LLC was declared the winner.
In accordance with the established procedure, the relevant agreements with the auction winner will be formalized.
